• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation of payment.

• Custom-made furniture may require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

• Orders are not processed on public holidays.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates.
For deliveries outside the UAE, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days (within UAE)

• Custom-Made Orders: 7–21 business days depending on the product

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics conditions, weather, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping & Installation Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

• Installation services may incur additional fees depending on the product and location.

• Express delivery (if available) may include extra charges.

Delivery Process

• Our team will contact you prior to delivery to confirm the schedule.

• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

• Customers are requested to inspect the items at the time of delivery and report any visible damage immediately.

Delayed or Failed Delivery

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

• Flamingo Furniture is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will arrange replacement or repair as per our Return & Refund Policy.
